Whether you have insurance or not, Goldman Physical Therapy is always available to help!
We have 2 options: Goldman Physical Therapy is technically an out-of-network, cash-based practice, however, we do accept Medicare. With our sister company, Gold Star Physical Therapy, we accept most major insurances. Same great service in the same great location, just a different name for insurers.
For the insured, we understand that insurance can be perplexing, and we will check your health benefits before you arrive, as a courtesy to you, to determine whether there will be a copay, deductible, or coinsurance for treatment services.
Gold Star Physical Therapy is in-network with the following insurances:
- Medicare
- PHCS
- Cigna
- Blue Cross Blue Shield (EPO, HMO, POS, ACA exchange, and PPO plans)
- Aetna
- United Healthcare
